Shipping policy

We ship worldwide, with most orders going to the United States.

Processing: Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery: Estimated 7–15 business days after processing. Each Suite Ritual piece is made to order through our production partners, which lets us keep genuine mulberry silk accessibly priced.

Tracking: Free tracked shipping on every order. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Delays & lost parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the ship date, contact us and we'll re-ship or refund it.

Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If it's wrong, email us right away at hello@suiteritual.com and we'll amend it if the order hasn't shipped.
