Refund policy

The 30-Night Calm Guarantee. Sleep on your Suite Ritual silk for up to 30 nights. If you're not loving it, we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

How to start: Email hello@suiteritual.com with your order number and we'll reply within 24 hours. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

Condition: For hygiene, items should be in their original condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, send us a photo — we'll replace or refund it and you won't need to return it.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Exchanges: Color swaps are welcome under the guarantee.

Cancellations: Need to cancel? Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll refund before the item goes into production.

Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
